Legislative Decree No. 1 of 8.1.2024 published in the Official Gazette No. 9 of 12.1.2024, which was issued in implementation of the tax reform proxy referred to in Law No. 111 of 9.8.2023, provided for numerous provisions on the rationalization and simplification of tax compliance (so-called “Compliance” Legislative Decree).<\/p>\n
